1. Agreement

By submitting a driver application or using Atlas Recruiting Services, the driver agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Recruiting Services

Atlas Recruiting Services helps connect drivers with trucking companies that may be looking for drivers. We are not the employer unless stated otherwise.

3. No Job Guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee a job offer, interview, hiring decision, pay rate, route assignment, schedule, or employment term.

4. Accuracy of Driver Information

Drivers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about experience, CDL status, location, endorsements, driving history, and availability.

5. Consent to Share Information

By submitting the application, the driver allows Atlas Recruiting Services to share the provided information with trucking companies for recruiting and hiring purposes.

6. Background Checks, MVR / PSP, and Drug Testing

Some companies may require employment verification, MVR / PSP review, drug testing, background checks, or other screening steps before making a hiring decision.

7. Company Decisions

Trucking companies make their own hiring decisions. Atlas Recruiting Services is not responsible for rejected applications, delayed responses, company policies, or job terms.

8. Communication Consent

The driver agrees that Atlas Recruiting Services may contact them by phone, text, email, or other communication methods related to recruiting opportunities.

9. Privacy and Use of Information

Driver information will be used for recruiting and hiring-related purposes. Drivers should not submit information they do not want reviewed for job opportunities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Recruiting Services is not responsible for company actions, employment disputes, job conditions, accidents, violations, payroll issues, or business decisions by carriers.
