This page describes how Atlas Recruiting Services (ATLAS Velocity LLC) communicates with you by SMS/text message when you opt in. It may be read together with our Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from ATLAS Velocity LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

Appointment reminders

Follow-up messages

Document inquiries

Example #1:

Hello Mr. John, this is Lana from Atlas Velocity LLC. We received your application for the Flatbed Driver position. I would be happy to discuss the opportunity with you. Please let me know a convenient time to connect. You may also reach me at 630-953-4899. Reply STOP to opt out.

Example #2:

Hello Mr. John, this is Lana from Atlas Velocity LLC. Thank you for your interest in joining our team. I am sending you the application link and required forms to complete the next step of the hiring process. Please let me know once you have completed them. Reply STOP to opt out.

Example #3:

Hello Mr. John, this is Lana from Atlas Velocity LLC. To continue reviewing your application, we kindly ask you to provide your CDL, Medical Card, and required driver information. Please send the documents when convenient, and I will assist you with the next steps. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 15 SMS messages per week related to your hiring process.

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2-3 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ATLAS Velocity LLC in the following ways:

Verbally, during a conversation

By submitting an online form with a checkbox for consent

By filling out a paper form

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
