1. Agreement

By submitting a company request form or using Atlas Recruiting Services, the company agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Atlas Recruiting Services may provide recruiting support, driver information, application or authorization forms, employment verification support, customer portal access, drug testing coordination, MVR / PSP support, and related services.

3. No Hiring Guarantee

Atlas Recruiting Services does not guarantee that every driver candidate will be hired, accepted, available, qualified, or remain employed by the company.

4. Company Responsibility

The company is responsible for making final hiring decisions, reviewing driver qualifications, confirming compliance requirements, and following all applicable laws.

5. Driver Information

Driver information is provided for recruiting purposes only. The company agrees to use driver information responsibly and only for legitimate hiring-related purposes.

6. Background Checks, MVR / PSP, and Drug Testing

Any background checks, MVR / PSP reports, drug testing, or employment verification must be handled with proper authorization and in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Accuracy of Information

Atlas Recruiting Services works to collect and provide accurate information, but information may depend on details provided by drivers, third parties, or the company.

8. Confidentiality

The company agrees not to share, sell, publish, or misuse candidate information received through Atlas Recruiting Services.

9. Fees and Payment

Any fees, payment terms, or service pricing should be agreed upon separately between the company and Atlas Recruiting Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Recruiting Services is not responsible for company hiring decisions, driver performance, employment disputes, accidents, violations, or business losses.
